Shipping:
I will ship via UPS or USPS Priority with insurance unless otherwise stated. Lately This generally means 2-4 days in USA and 6-10 days to CAN. Some products only ship to US and CAN, as I want to maintain my focus to support international dealers broadening their reach, specifically to North America. FOR INT'L SHIPMENTS, I use either USPS Priority or UPS. Customer is responsible for all import, duty, VAT, tax and other associated shipping fees incurred.
Returns: I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order (based on arrival date of tracking information). A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. In the event the pedal is defective, please immediately contact me and I will work to resolve the issue quickly. I cannot accept returns on international orders.
