ROY is the newest tube preamp from Tubesteader - a dual-channel, top-boost style preamp and overdrive capturing the chime and upper-midrange presence of classic 60s British combos.

ROY features a 12AX7 tube running at 260V to deliver real tube feel, dynamics and compression. Its two identical and footswitchable channels make it effortless to run this as a dual channel overdrive or clean / dirty amp solution.

ROYs Bass and Treble are incredibly interactive like the amps it is patterned after, with adjustments to either knob having a noticeable impact on the midrange focus. Additionally, a tone cut control on the top side of the pedal allows you to mellow out the top-end presence for smoother/warmer tones.
